Enables notification for upcoming service intervals and provides step-by-step guidelines for installation and maintenance of the product.
The application has two interfaces:
user:
- allows user of the device to register the product and obtain extended warranty
- provides an overview of interventions performed on the product (installation, service, repair)
service engineer:
- allows to register serviced product
- access to product documentation - user and service manual
- access to forms for installation, maintenance and repair
- service notifications
